The Invesco S&P MidCap 400 GARP ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P MidCap 400 GARP Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Index seeks to track companies with consistent fundamental growth, reasonable valuation, solid financial strength and strong earning power.
