Investment Objective:	The Goldman Sachs MarketBeta Russell 1000 Value Equity ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Russell 1000 Value 40 Act Daily Capped Index (the "Index"). The Index is designed to measure the performance of the large- and mid-capitalization value segment of U.S. equity issuers, with a capping methodology (discussed below). The Index is a subset of the Russell 1000 Index and measures the performance of equity securities of Russell 1000 Index issuers with lower price-to-book ratios, lower sales-per-share historical growth and lower forecasted growth relative to all issuers whose securities are included in the Russell 1000 Index. It is calculated as a total return index in U.S. dollars and weighted by free-float market capitalization (subject to the capping).
