The ETF seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Global Hydrogen Index which is designed to provide exposure to companies that are positioned to benefit from further advances in the field of hydrogen technology. Hydrogen Companies are those companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues, operating income, or assets from the following business activities: 1. Hydrogen Production: Companies involved in the production, transportation, storage, and distribution of hydrogen. 2. Hydrogen Fuel Cells: Companies that develop and/or manufacture fuel cells that convert chemical energy into electricity and heat, powered by hydrogen fuel and/or reformed hydrogen-rich gas. 3. Hydrogen Technology: Companies involved in the production of hydrogen electrolyzers, tanks and pipelines, commercial and residential infrastructure, generators, engines, and vehicles powered by hydrogen fuel cells, as well as hydrogen fueling stations. 4. Hydrogen Integration: Companies that provide engineering and consulting services for the adoption and utilization of hydrogen-based fuel and/or energy sources at the residential, commercial, and industrial levels.
