State Street SPDR Nuveen ICE High Yield Municipal Bond ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the U.S. high yield municipal bond market and to provide income that is exempt from federal income taxes. In seeking to track the performance of the ICE US Select High Yield Crossover Municipal Index (the "Index"), the Fund employs a sampling strategy, which means that the Fund is not required to purchase all of the securities represented in the Index. Under normal market conditions, the Fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the Index and in securities that the Sub-Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is market capitalization-weighted and designed to measure the performance of lower-rated (A3/A+ or lower) and unrated U.S. dollar-denominated tax-exempt debt publicly issued in the U.S. domestic market by U.S. states, U.S. territories and their political subdivisions.
