Tradr 2X Long 2X Innovation ETF (the "Fund" or the "Innovation Fund") seeks daily leveraged investment results and is very different from most other exchange-traded funds. As a result, the Fund may be riskier than alternatives that do not use leverage because the Fund's objective is to magnify (200%) the daily performance of the ARK Innovation ETF. The Fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund that seeks to achieve on a daily basis, before fees and expenses, 200% performance of the ARK Innovation ETF for a single day, not for any other period, by entering into one or more swaps on the ARK Innovation ETF. The ARK Innovation ETF is an actively managed exchange traded fund that seeks long-term growth of capital by investing under normal circumstances primarily (at least 65% of its assets) in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies that are relevant to the ARK Innovation ETF's investment theme of disruptive innovation.
Tradr 2X Long Innovation ETF trades on the NASDAQ stock market under the symbol TARK.
As of June 18, 2026, TARK stock price climbed to $47.55 with 10,104 million shares trading.
TARK has a beta of 3.97, meaning it tends to be more sensitive to market movements. TARK has a correlation of 0.46 to the broad based SPY ETF.
TARK has a market cap of $19.80 million. This is considered a Sub-Micro Cap stock.
In the last 3 years, TARK traded as high as $94.00 and as low as $18.25.
TARK has underperformed the market in the last year with a return of +21.7%, while SPY returned +26.9%. This shows that you would have done better investing in the overall market (through SPY) over the last year than in TARK shares. However, TARK has outperformed the market in the last 3 month and 2 week periods, returning +20.0% and -1.0%, while SPY returned +13.5% and -1.1%, respectively. This indicates TARK has been having a stronger performance recently.
TARK support price is $43.06 and resistance is $47.68 (based on 1 day standard deviation move). This means that using the most recent 20 day stock volatility and applying a one standard deviation move around the stock's closing price, stastically there is a 67% probability that TARK shares will trade within this expected range on the day.
