Investment Objective:	The Innovator Equity Defined Protection ETF seeks to track the return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), up to a predetermined cap, while buffering investors against 100% of losses over the outcome period before fees and expenses. The ETF can be held indefinitely, resetting at the end of each outcome period. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). FLEX Options are exchange-traded option contracts with uniquely customizable terms.
