Seeking Alpha News (Thu, 10-Sep 10:27 AM ET)
Vanguard Morningstar Growth ETF an exchange-traded share class of Vanguard Growth Index Fund (the "Fund"), seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of large-capitalization growth stocks. The Fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Morningstar US Large Cap Growth Index (the "Target Index"), a broadly diversified index made up of the growth stocks of large U.S. companies, as determined by the index provider. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the stocks that make up the Target Index. The Fund attempts to replicate the Target Index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the Target Index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the Target Index.
