Geo Group REIT (GEO)'s dividend is currently suspended. On April 7, 2021, we announced that GEO’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) immediately suspended our quarterly dividend payments with the goal of maximizing the use of cash flows to repay debt, deleverage, and internally fund growth.
