How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription you simply need to login and go to Manage My Subscriptions and click cancel.

Step By Step

1. Login to the website Login Here
2. Click on the user account icon at the top right of the screen

3. Select My Subscriptions

   

4. Cancel your subscription by clicking the Cancel link as shown in the screenshot below

   

5. Confirm your cancellation by clicking the "Yes - Cancel Service" button as shown in the screenshot below

   

Or, if that doesn't work, just simply contact us and let us know that you want to cancel your subscription and we will handle the rest.
